Limestone Stela of Iy from Abydos. At the top of the relief are two facing figures of Wepwawet, the jacket god, on his standard. Below is a offering prayer that the king and Wepwawet will give all kinds of food and rink for the 'carrier of lands' Iy. This title indicates that Iy was a scribe working with documents concerning agriculture and building. On the left he is sitting before an offering table and facing him are his wife (Atu), his sons (Ibi and Sneferu) and daughter (Keki). On the second register are his father (Ibi), his mother (Keki), two priests (Id and Neh) and his sister (Tity). On the third register are five women described as 'lady of the house' (Horemheb, Renseneb, Mery, Satdjedut and Sahi).
