Tomb of Merri at Saqqara. This is located adjacent to the Tomb of Ptah-Hotep and Akhti-Hotep (D. 64) and the false-door is on the exterior of the mastaba which allowed offering to be made for the Ka of Merri.

Entrance to the left of Ptah-Hotep and Merri's is towards the centre.
