From the Hypostyle Hall in the temple of Ramesses III at Medinet Habu we can see from the whole length of the temple. Originally Hypostyle would have been covered with limestone blocks which were supported by the many substantial columns.

From the large Hypostyle hall the subsequent areas were accessible.
