Parian marble statue of Plato (8-4213). Plato lived 427 - 347 BC and he founded the school of philosophy named after the gymnasium where he taught - the Akademy. The last two inscriptions are quotes from the Republic 617E and Phaidros 245C and it says:

Text 1 - Plato, son of Ariston, Athenian
Text 2 - Blame belongs to the one who makes the choice; God is blameless
Text 3 - Every soul is immortal
