Astrological compendium dated 1617, made by Elias Allen in London. This clock tells the time by a sun-dial and sighting on two stars at night. Has royal coat of arms engraved inside and the latitudes of 30 towns in Britain (Victoria & Albert Museum, London, Jul-2005 054).
